	He thinks state roads, buildings, factories and such are all in the same category as natural resources. That is everyone can homestead them.&lt;br /&gt;

	I think&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-family:arial, sans-serif;font-size:small;line-height:10.666666984558105px;"&gt;Linda &amp;amp; Morris&amp;nbsp;Tannehill took the same approach.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Of course the State would be instantly insolvent so it&amp;#39;s assets would have to be put on the auction block.

	Do you think public buildings and structures such as city council buildings or roads are &amp;quot;unhomesteaded&amp;quot; resources, or do they belong to the citizens of the state? On one hand the citizens have payed for them with tax money, on the other hand its impossible to prove who payed for what.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	So should the state privatize public property by giving all citizens shares or should it just stop enforcing law there?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
