	Consider this: some European countries have the &amp;quot;right to work&amp;quot; written in their constitutions. Want to guess which ones they are? If you answered &amp;quot;France and Italy, the sick twins of Europe&amp;quot; step up and collect your prize.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	If you take a look at how both these governments deformed the labor market by effectively deciding who should be employed and at which wage rate in the name of the &amp;quot;right to work&amp;quot;, you cannot but wonder why is somebody still advocating the same cure which helped turn two former industrial powerhouses into the present trainwreck. Perhaps it&amp;#39;s another case of &amp;quot;this time will be different, honest&amp;quot;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	The smoking gun is the scheme to force firms to hire disabled people once they reach a certain number of employees. Mind you cannot just hire a disabled person of your liking (say, somebody without a leg with the needed qualifications to do office work): you have to take what the bureacrats decide.
