While interesting in philosophy, it is not very useful in economics because such occurrences are, in the real world, so very rare. There are many, many voluntary charities that help people in need. I have voluntarily donated to Goodwill, an organization that helps people help themselves. I have also, voluntarily, donated to the American Red Cross. If you wish to encourage people to voluntarily give more that is fine with me. In any case what does this have to do with Internet vandalism?&lt;/p&gt;
