I'm a registered voter (in my state), but only because it's done automatically when you obtain or renew a driver's license. As an anarchist, I can't help you because voting implies that I consent to the continued existence of the state.

This hand is up. Too bad it's not a contest to see who eligable can get 100 signatures and write the best defense of liberty.

I detest the rulers, but their may still be a chance to convert them into representitives. Since the chance of a change exists I must favor it.

I think most if not all of the posters here would make great public servants. That is, they would all better represent the interests of the populas better than the swine on the public toll.

I am hoping for a third party surge this cycle. I am hoping the good nature of the good doctor will inspire potential.

I am not in favor of drafting, it already sounds like another shell game fair.

I'll sign whatever, whatever.

Unity 2008

I'm not looking for a debate, just a show of hands. For those who haven't heard, Unity 2008 is an online political party. They will hold an online convention in June 2008, and are currently qualifying delegates and seeking candidates. They are encouraging candidate "drafting." To do this, an individual needs to sign on as a "principal supporter" and circulate a hard-copy petition with 100 names of registered voters. If I were to sign on to Unity 2008 as a principal supporter of attempting to "draft" Lew Rockwell (naturally, I'm in favor of a Paul ticket, but think it would be inappropriate at this time to attempt to "draft" him since I expect him to win the GOP nomination) how many of you out there are registered voters, and would sign my petition? Let me know. Thanks.
