Here&amp;rsquo;s the link&amp;nbsp;to&amp;nbsp;this&amp;nbsp;very&amp;nbsp;good discussion&amp;nbsp;which&amp;nbsp;starts on page 40, Gordon&amp;rsquo;s article is on the end of page 46. Unfortunately he doesn&amp;rsquo;t critique it. But I found the article very helpful.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
