I&amp;#39;m actually lonelyminer from the Bitcoin forum. The reason why I didn&amp;#39;t reply yet is that I was on a vacation, and I need to think a lot to provide a meaningful reply to you (whereas with respect to replies to others regarding Bitcoin, I have been researching these other aspects for a long time so I don&amp;#39;t need to think that much).

I have Gesell&amp;#39;s book on my Kindle but apart from the two chapters you recommended haven&amp;#39;t read it yet, there are many other books in the queue.
