The reason why I didn't reply yet is that I was on a vacation, and I need to think a lot to provide a meaningful reply to you (whereas with respect to replies to others regarding Bitcoin, I have been researching these other aspects for a long time so I don't need to think that much). I have Gesell's book on my Kindle but apart from the two chapters you recommended haven't read it yet, there are many other books in the queue. Cheers, Peter
