For my day job, I work for an internet company managing Unix systems (and a team of people doing the same). I am a husband of one and father of four, living in the great state of Texas.
I am a long-time classical liberal with interests in philosophy (specifically epistimology), theology, and obviously politics and economics. I am primarily an auto-didact on these topics, with much thanks being owed to the usual suspects for their time spent in writing down the information I have consumed.
My real passion however is really teaching people to think clearly, about any topic really, but particularly in those areas listed above. So few people ever really learn how to think at all, let alone clearly, leading to the absolutely terrible conclusions so many arrive at, and their utter inability to think critically when reading content provided by various media outlets and of course our government.
