I am recent college graduate of Kettering University (Formerly GMI) with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in business management. I work part time as a contract engineer and spend the rest of my time running my startup Osmium Development Company. I became interested in economics in High School and openly questioned my public school teachers, quite suspicious of their blind following of text book dogma. That naive suspicion of "commonly accepted" knowledge instigated further inquiries in college where I began to read Mises, Hayek, Smith. I am rather unguided in my economic interests because I am often surrounded with people who have no interest in economics. I plan to formally study the field later in life, but I am desiring an informal community to discuss my infant yet well-intentioned ideas and thoughts.
