I am a young man looking for a thorough understanding of economics and financial phenomena for they are of crucial importance in today's world society. I have studied and researched economics for close to 2 years now and I stubbled upon the Austrian school about a year ago by mere fortitude. I have red, watched lectures, listened to every single tapes the mises institutes and other institutions could provide. There is no doubt in my mind that the Austrian school is by far the single best system of economics out there and I have vowed to continue promoting its views, especially in Africa, my continent and Nation of origin. I can still remember sitting in a my useless class of economics in college and hearing my teachers basically tell me that the poorer Nations of the third world had, from a Keynesian approach, an inherent inability to sustain and establish long term economic goals in comparison to the most advanced western Nations. I am glad to discover and study a school of thought that clearly define what Human action is and why some Nation grow and others do not. I want to be part of the new world revolution and play my part in a sustainable development of the African continent, by African people primarily.
