&lt;p&gt;I too have noticed the seemingly willful ignorance of Austrians concerning Ricardo&amp;#39;s Law of Rent and the &amp;quot;Margin of Production&amp;quot; theory.&amp;nbsp; I am currently working on a strategy to implement distribution of the unearned increment within a land-backed currency system, similar to that proposed by Benjamin Franklin prior to the revolution.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Rothbard has an ironclad theory layed out in ethics of liberty.&amp;nbsp; I have yet to hear a convincing argument against it, and I have yet to hear a convincing argument against Henry George&amp;#39;s theory, though his way of implementing is flawed in the details though not in the substance.&amp;nbsp; Mainly a difference in what &amp;quot;government&amp;quot; is.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But you are right in your thread when you mention that Austrian&amp;#39;s are so anti-government they won&amp;#39;t even consider the &amp;quot;single-tax&amp;quot; concept within a voluntary contractual framework.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Anyway, thought I&amp;#39;d give a shout-out.&amp;nbsp; I don&amp;#39;t see many people trying to bridge Austrian and Georgist thought.&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
