Dr. Victor V. Claar is a professor of economics at
Henderson, the public liberal arts college of Arkansas, where he specializes in teaching
principles of economics courses. He is
also coauthor of Economics
in Christian Perspective: Theory, Policy and Life Choices. Prior to arriving at Henderson, he taught for
nine years at Hope College in Holland,
Michigan, where he held the rank of associate professor (with tenure). Professor Claar spent a recent
year as a Fulbright scholar, giving graduate lectures in economics at the American University of Armenia. He recently finished writing a new book on fair trade for the Acton Institute. He doesn't have a television, and walks to work every day. Contact him at vclaar (at) gmail (dot) com.
