• Re: Anarcho-Capitalism as populist fascism, and subsidiary observations

I think there are way too many negative connotations with the word "fascism" for this to be successfully marketable. Plus fascism was intended to be explicitly anti-individualist. Going with this, "individualist fascism" makes about as much sense as "square circle".
Which is why i referred you to Nietzsche; you simply would not understand.
Sure I would.
You get too hung up on the embracing of 'unequal' as the natural state of humans.
What kind of inequality are you talking about? I certainly don't think that all
Some punctuation would help: What's wrong with being an elitist that both, one has to mask it and others seem to need to take off that mask, if it is being worn?
I'm sorry but the added punctuation doesn't make it clearer to me.

  • Re: Hayek and Indifference Curves

I reviewed indifference curves recently. Wikipedia states:
In microeconomic theory , an indifference curve is a graph showing different bundles of goods between which a consumer is indifferent. That is, at each point on the curve, the consumer has no preference for one bundle over another. One can equivalently refer to each point on the indifference

  • Re: Kinsella v. Wenzel

Maybe Wenzel won't give his definition of "intellectual property" because it's actually the same as Kinsella's. In other words, Wenzel's whole point may be that he wants (or believes he has) the right to force anyone and everyone else from using their own property in ways that duplicate what he's done with his own property

Aristophanes, I'm still waiting for you to prove to me that you matter more than the people who live and breathe sports statistics, but in the meantime, I'll note that this notion presumes that value is objective, which conflicts with the notion of subjective value.
you are damn right I am an elitist, auto. I'll gladly say that I matter more than the people who live and breath sports statistics.
I appreciate your honesty (really). Now please prove that you matter more than the people who live and breathe sports statistics - or else admit that that's really just
