but I was pleasantly surprised by how libertarian the documentary was.
That is because the writer and director is a libertarian. He was recently interviewed on Lew Rockwell.com

  • Rand Paul: Average teacher makes 70Gs a year

So, recently Rand Paul was on Stand Up with Pete Dominick endorsing his new book Big Government Bullies. He made the claim that the average american teacher makes 70Gs a year plus 30Gs worth of benefits. I did not believe this and went out searching and still cannot find any numbers that verify this claim. The highest I could find is about 55Gs in california
See here.
Better proof of my point could not have been forged on the smithing stone of thor, delivered to Earth on flaming chariots of fire, and uploaded by God himself. Holy shit that bitch is stupid. If you think she, or any one like her, could have survived pre-industrial revolution, I think you need to

  • Re: High Taxes on the wealthy is what got us out of the deficit after WW2
Capitalism is a system of production defined by organic, emergent mechanisms that guide/direct production (which emerge out of voluntary exchange that occurs simultaneously in multiple markets).
I agree with this statement. If you accept this assertion (I assume you do), then you know that the mere existence of
Each individual has to set out to for fill his own ends. Survival of the fittest is the way of the world.
In the future, you'd probably want to refrain from using capitalism and the term "survival of the fittest" anywhere near each other. Many people do not want to live in a society where survival
But careful with the buying foreign. It's not unheard of to have people keying cars for slogans they disagree with.
Im hoping a sticker like this will knock some of the brain dead hipsters into economic sobriety. It seems like if you just read that, it would all the sudden click "Every time I buy local
Additionally, history has shown that in fact you can increase federal tax revenue by lowering taxes (JFK 64`, Regan 86`, Clinton 97', Bush 03'). This is primarily due to the fact that lower marginal rates increase productivity and the amount of hours worked (Prescott), i..e, output. People also tend to avoid spending

  • Re: What is game theory?
But if someone would say you are irrational for wanting to go fishing, because it is much more fun watching football and drinking beer with the guys, then Mises would say he is making a big mistake. You want what you want because you want it, and that's the final word. There is no way of judging and thus deciding

  • Re: What is game theory?
But the end conceived this way has no fixed appearance, no other properties we can latch onto it permanently. Not sure what you mean. The "end", according to Mises, is what I want, nothing more, nothing less.
I kind of agree with FOTH. It seems to me that every end is just another means to something

  • Bumper sticker ideas

Bumper stickers would say "I buy foreign - its local to somebody" or "Buy fair trade: two parties agree on a price then trade, intervention-free" or, finally "Nobody 2012" with really patriotic colors and campaign looking shit If I were to put in money to have a few of these made, would you any of you want one? I have heard
