That article you wrote missed the boat. He called it "General" because he thought classical economics is only correct in a special case, that of full employment. He was going to expand economics to include all cases, including those of less than full employment, aka generalizing a special case. It's how the word is used by mathematicians

The missing page is page 152 of the printed book, 160 of the PDF file. Instead there appears page 150 of the printed book on page 160 of the PDF file. In other words, the pages that show up are 1-149, 150, 151, 150 again instead of 152, 153 etc

Tex, How does one do a search of the epub file? I use firefox with an extension called epub reader, and there's no way to search with that. Which program do you recommend?
