Objectives:

The parser currently performs adequate parsing, but:

Each process should inherit an interface which supports status reporting so we can easily plug in additional parsers.

After each run, the parser should email a report of all files that were indexed processed as well as errorsa list of failed files.
The functionality should be modular so it can be used on the site as well.
We need to enhance the media parser :
- Feed arbitrary images into media which is missing images
- Delete all existing images and reindex from the media
- More control over setting category images
