I'm having trouble finding several threads I used to reference on a regular basis. Are threads deleted after a set amount of time or am I just failing to use the search feature properly?
I think that the search function includes only the posts submitted after the "recent posts" thing broke. If you want to find posts before that time, you should use google. Just type "site:mises.org/Community/forums whatever whatever" into the search box.

If I wrote it more than a few weeks ago, I probably hate it by now.
No, they are not. What threads are you looking for?
To paraphrase Marc Faber: We're all doomed, but that doesn't mean that we can't make money in the process. Rabbi Lapin: "Let's make bricks!" Stephan Kinsella: "Say you and I both want to make a German chocolate cake."
Daniel Muffinburg:No, they are not. What threads are you looking for?
Harry Felker's introduction thread and mister101nights disaster of a threads.
hmmm, i just checked Harry's profile page and clicked on his post number (how many posts he had) and only about 13 came up when the number reads ca. 750.
I did the same thing wilderness. That is why I initially assumed that old posts had been deleted.
Thanks for the tip Ryan. It's working perfectly.
