hi, ive been following mises.org for awhile now. just now decided to post. im currently writing a case brief for a college class on this particular case. im jw what the opinion of the different members here on things such as the right to privacy, states rights, how can the 4th amendment be applied to this, along with the 9th,14th and 10th amendment from a constitutional prespective. i believe from a libertarian prespective, the law in connecticut would violate property rights and not a made up right to privacy (correct me if im wrong). also, what examples of rights can be found under the 9th amendment and do they apply to the states as well ( i guess thru the supposed incorporation doctrine of the 14th amendemnt)? im prolly forgetting other points lol. thanks!
