Oil prices (again)

Sorry to post another thread, but this seems a little different. Reddit today has a top story by Cato saying Obama's not to blame for gas prices:

Are they on to something here?

Fuel has never been this cheap in real terms. Its the dollar that is cheaper, and decreasing in value. So of course lawmakers and law enforcers are to blame.

Well at least I'm not the only one who thinks there's a war ramp-up angle in this.  David Henderson gots my back.
