The Mises store is out of "Letters to Mr. Malthus & Catechism" and I want to print the pdf that they make available. The problem is that when I go to lulu, or the other two I tried, I cannot upload the pdf because it is not in in the correct size. Now, I know I can just set the page size in the pdf, but it is locked...
Does anyone know how to crack pdfs? I just need to set the damn thing to 6x9.
