Meaning, man is wolf to (fellow) man. I want to change that to describe animal rights people as "man is brother to wolf" and put it in Latin. Google Translate suggests "homo ad lupus frater est."
Is this good? I want it to sound similar to the original, so please suggest improvements, if any.
Thanks! :)
Homo lupo frater est.

Agreed. The OP's use of 'ad lupus' says "to(ward) wolf" and 'lupus' is not the subject so you wouldn't use nominative). A dative case is probably what you'd want (lup-o).
Nice, ty.
