Anyone know what percentage of murderers get punished by death in societies with a Xeer legal system? Can anyone tell me what Stephan Kinsella said about justice in a free society?

Timothy McVeigh may not have died. As a matter of fact, I'd guess that he didn't get executed based upon the delays, the fact that he could've been an asset, and what his father said. The CIA could've done all sorts of sick shit to him and used him. That's why people should try their damndest not to get violent against the govt and

Wouldn't trying total gun control (i.e., where only on duty military could bear firearms) not be a bad thing from a libertarian point of view, all things considered? We're not free (50% maximum doesn't count), and we can't know whether the govt would give us our arms back and treat them no differently than they treat alcohol. I think

To clarify, I meant that increases in production increases under the leviathan State usually aren't good (due to the govt producing) and consumption isn't necessarily bad as long as it's not encouraged by the govt.

Good question. The regulators could've been told to stand down because they wanted ethnic minorities to die for all I know... it's long been known that blacks have more abortions than whites. PA was one of the States that allegedly had "voting rights" issues.
