I'm sure that no one would disagree that "The Wealth of Nations" is at least in part a treatment of praxeology, but what about "The Theory of Moral Sentiments"? I just began reading it, and I'm not sure whether it is pure psychology or if it is also Praxeological in nature?

I don't think Mises really went so far as to "defend" government. He just couldn't envision justice and defense as being dispensed by the free market, and so that leaves government by default.
