It looks like most of the countries that have Universal Health Care are also Monarchy's. Reminds me of Hoppe's Monarchy > Democrarcy.

Monarchy, Republic, whatever, as long as there is a criminal monopoly with the power to extract money and commit acts of violence against individuals then there will be wasteful, inefficient and unjust socialist health care systems.
Linking to your own blog is lame and this is nonsense. These "parliaments" are about the same as the US congress and their monarchs are about the same as Obama's new dogs.
Höppe saying "Monarchy > Democracy" in no way makes him a monarchist. It comes from a removed view where you are able to recognize the nature of the two systems. Democracy is an utter failure and modern monarchies are not like medieval feudalism. There are lessons to be learned from how feudalism played out, but nothing from democracy besides maybe "I matter."
Democracy means the opportunity to be everyone's slave.—Karl Kraus.
Why is linking to my own blog lame? How else are we supposed to share our ideas without just blatant copy + pasting?
In the bigger scheme of things, ie statism, yes, parliaments and congress serve nearly the same purpose. The only difference is in the nuance. There is a strong distinction between the legislature and executive branch in the US. With parliment, the lines are a little more blurred.
I never stated that Hoppe was a monarchist or even a minarchist. But the thesis of his book is that Monarchy's are better than Democracies, even at the slightest, but none of these are the ideal solution, ancap.
At the bottom of the post, you may notice there was a disclaimer, that I do not endorse universal health care and monarchy's.
The point of the post is to give another perspective. Much of the time, although the logic and reasoning of our positions as ancaps/minarchists are sound, it does not necessarily touch the hearts and minds of the opposition. One example is our current sitting president. He is able to inspire, even though his speechs and positions are full of logical flaws.
IMHO, linking a monarchy to universal health care may make people think twice before supporting such an atrocity.
