Very newbie question. Why are credit card companies suddenly changing the interest rates on customers? How is Universal Default fair at all? If you have a %12 interest rate, with minimum payments of 0, you will never be able to pay it off in your lifetime.

Dodd brags about how he "protected" consumers from abuse by Credit Card companies on his commercial for the Senate campaign here in Connecticut.

Where does the free market punish greed in the credit card industry? what is punishing them?

Stimulus bill.

Criminals, there ought to be a law.

Criminals there ought to be a whole lot more.   Bon Scott.
