That gives an overview on different opinions within the broad classical liberal/libertarian perspective on 'radical capitalism'? A book that for example summerizes the visions of Hayek, Friedman, Mises, Rand & Rothbard or something like that. Or just the 'rule-utilitarians', 'natural law anarchists' and 'objectivists'. Something like it. I've read a fair deal; but a friend asks for a book like that and I can't really think of one.

The state is not the enemy. The idea of the state is.

The single best book that covers all of them is,

Radicals for Capitalism: A Freewheeling History of the Modern American Libertarian Movement (Brian Doherty, 2007)

"Anarchism misunderstands the real nature of man. It would be practicable only in a world of angels and saints" - Ludwig von Mises
