Not via politicians and government, but for and by market participants. Individuals, business, etc...

As long as their is a government to pawn of off and benefit from, then businesses and individuals will always take advantage of it.

You can't blame them, they are only working in their own self interest, which is what capitalism is founded on.

Government is to blame.

Robbery: The nation's fastest growing career!

Duties: Giving the people their bread and circuses, extracting payment by force, validating legitimacy, etc.

Job Outlook: Ever increasing and shows no signs of stopping!
