Alexander Hamilton's foreign policy

Can anyone give me any links for Alexander Hamilton's foreign policy, which Thomas DiLorenzo says was bad. Since Hamilton was the chief member of George Washington's Presidential administration, I am also interested in the diferences (or lack thereof) between their foreign policies.

according to the wiki article he was briefly the main leader of the american army and had an interest in conquering spanish louisiana.

But in his defense he was anti french war at a time.
