I would go to the Hannity forums to spread the libertarian message...if I actually believed I wouldn't be banned the moment I got my first message off. See small government is the best system, why? because government is small! A little immorality is better then no immorality.

I've read through the thread there, but have no intention of setting foot in the Hannity forums.

As far as education being a right, I have always thought of it like this. It is intrinsically a right, you can teach yourself anything you want, and that cannot be taken away from you. You can get online, read a book, go out and observe the way things work etc. However, you have no right to freely partake of another individuals trade/talent. If you would like to study under someone, or study in a certain school, it comes with a  cost. That cost is to be worked out between the two individuals, or the individual and the school.

If someone offers their knowledge for free, that is fine, that is their set cost.

If you are chris_norton, Apatriot is right when he says, "The only logical endpoint of your views is no taxes or government at all."

On a related note, Steve Kauffman (creator of the language learning website LingQ) made a good video on this topic awhile back.

My name was Laughing Man. I was banned because I was apparently promoting the Ludwig von Mises site because I started a topic with lectures on the history of Progressivism. I see what happens there though. If you post something they don't like and they can't refute it they just tell the moderators its spam or some nonsense and its gets deleted and you get banned.

This must be the freedom of speech and opportunity (endowed to Americans by their sacred imperial troopers) Sean Hannity was gloating about.

This is something you will want to grow out of in the near future. Book requests are a good place to start down the path to intellectual independence.
