Is there anywhere to find historical data for the monetary base and money supply for the Japanese economy?

Its my pet theory that the monetary base has been steadily growing while the money supply has remained flat - but I've never seen any graphs, so I could be completely wrong.

I'm interested in graphing Japanese house prices too.

I don't have special access to anything other than "the internet"

Is that the kind of thing they would have? Going back several decades?

Yeah datastream would have it but you need access to it. Unless you are wealthy go down to a university library near you.
