Means we've been in the wrong all this while. Now you know.
There is no ruler who can compare in virtue with a condition of non-rule -Pau Ching-yen, 400 AD
I see!
Pro-bailouts and corporatism=pro business=free market!!
.
Genius...
"When the King is far the people are happy." Chinese proverb
For Alexander Zinoviev and the free market there is a shared delight:
"Where there are problems there is life."
'“You would be hard-pressed to identify a piece of legislation that we have proposed out there that, net, is not good for businesses,” he added. He predicted that legislation he will sign this year would cut corporate taxes by about $70 billion.'
If only someone could rebuttal this!!!
By the way, looks like George Soros' next target is Obama
Be afraid Obama and welcome to the free market party comrade
'Men do not change, they unmask themselves' - Germaine de Stael
Laughing Man: '“You would be hard-pressed to identify a piece of legislation that we have proposed out there that, net, is not good for businesses,” he added. He predicted that legislation he will sign this year would cut corporate taxes by about $70 billion.'
Obama lives in an irony-free zone?
abskebabs: I see! Pro-bailouts and corporatism=pro business=free market!! . Genius...
Yeah, pure! I couldn't help blog it: Obama is pro Free-Market?
I would like to hear/read their definition of "free market".
"All men having power ought to be distrusted to a certain degree." -James Madison
"If government were efficient, it would cease to exist."
Laughing Man:'“You would be hard-pressed to identify a piece of legislation that we have proposed out there that, net, is not good for businesses,” he added. He predicted that legislation he will sign this year would cut corporate taxes by about $70 billion.'
All that legislation is definitely good for businesses, he just didn't say which businesses.
Why anarchy fails
How can people not expect hyper inflation after reading stuff like this:
"In an effort to make U.S. exports more attractive, Obama set a year-end objective for persuading China to allow the value of its currency to rise."
How could you not expect people to dump the dollar and buy the renminbi?
Anyway, how is encouraging more exports allowing the free market to work?
To paraphrase Marc Faber: We're all doomed, but that doesn't mean that we can't make money in the process. Rabbi Lapin: "Let's make bricks!" Stephan Kinsella: "Say you and I both want to make a German chocolate cake."
Daniel Muffinburg: Anyway, how is encouraging more exports allowing the free market to work?
Because he and his entire regime are mercantilists (the sophisticated ones call themselves Keynesians)
Obama is definitely pro-business. Just not all businesses.
Maybe Obama is a vulgartarian?
I heard he's the next George W. Bush!!!!
He's saving the free market from itself.
