Meet Jessica Cox, an amazing individual born with no arms who has proved her dedication to overcome her disability and type 20 words a min with her toes, drive with her two feet (without added help) and even to fly a plane. She is awesome indeed! Yet, what she has done is proved her ability to still perform inspite of her disability.

Now, why is the government so picky? Why can't an habbitual drunk prove their ability to drive after a 12 pack? The same for other disabilities. Why should the government use such bias?

By the way, in a libertarian society, would drunks still be allowed to drive on the roads or would a private police force prevent them from operating a vehicle?

Interesting topic though, OP.

road owner likely sets the rules.  few would allow drunk driving.

So not much different than what is today.

How about the sterilization programs run by the eugenicists in the U.S. and Canada in the 20th century?  Oddly enough, the famous Tommy Douglas, the same one that fought for the national health care system, was a eugenicist that succeeded in getting such a program implemented.  It's cool to care about the less fortunate.  Now let's kill them off.
