Can Bloom Energy Unplug us All From the Power Companies?

Many corporations already use these relatively small boxes to power their campuses...such as:

Coca-cola, Google, Ebay, and many others.

Technically maybe, legally no.


Power companies have a legalized monopoly on distribution of energy.  We are required to be connected and give back to the grid.  One has to jump through so many legal loopholes in order to be off grid.
