Good afternoon everyone,

Im a 2/3rd year Political Scientist and I need to do a research paper one the challenges of Latin America facing the economic crisis. Specifically i need to know how well the Latin American nations and region in general are prepared, were prepared, and the changes that the financial crisis had on Latin American politics and regional organizations (CEPAL, Mercosur)

Normally I'd have no problem doing this research but since i have a pro Austrian Economics stance, I'd like to include some authors from an Austrian economics perspective too, so far all i have found are authors and economists heavily influenced by Keynes and Raul Prebisch...It would really suck to do this important paper on a bunch of pro-state intervention authors.  I need some sources from the Austrian economics perspective. If anyone can help me find some, id really appreciate it.  BTW, I already own a couple of books of Ron Paul, Hayek and Peter Schiff, related these authors to my paper but its not enough, I need more specific sources.

Thanks in advance, hopefully I can get some help/

Not sure if it was extensively covered by someone, but here's a few notes you might find useful (many are actually from 'mainstream' sources, so bare with those):

 - Argentina: treatment of the central bank; a bit on price controls.

 - some notes on Venezuela can be found here and here

The following paper, delivered at Grove City College's ASSC might be of interest to you:
