What are children across the world being subjected to in these places of enlightenment under the watchful eyes of pension-secured, unionized, and paid-more-than-private-sector-average benevolent schoolteachers?

It's common? Teachers using slurs at students, being violent, and behaving in a disturbingly inappropriate and eccentric way in front of students?
None of this ever happened at my school. I remember them coddling the special ed people.

There were bars on the windows where I went to school where a kid had ripped the screen to escape. I saw a teacher punch a student in grade 6. The principal opened a copy of the criminal code and told me that it was against the law to disobey. (It says no such thing)
