What's that?  the naked scanners can damage your dna?  don't believe the TSA when we say it won't?  you wanna see what?  our safety reports? 

I don't think so beeeeaaachhhh.

These machines are safe.  They emit far less radiation than a normal xray machine. 

They fail to mention that the powerful medical xrays go through most tissue.  The skin, the largest organ in the human body and the source for many cancers, is the target of these xrays.  And no one knows what the ionized gasses do to human skin so the TSA is guessing that these don't hurt humans.
