I'm very interested in new discovering of oil sands in Saskatchewan (Canada) and would like to invest there.

Which Saskatchewan "oil mining" companies I can buy shares? Do you know any?

The first to obtain licenses was Oilsands Quest Inc. Here's the company website: http://www.oilsandsquest.com/index.html and here's the NYSE page (BQI): http://www.nyse.com/about/listed/lcddata.html?ticker=BQI&fq=D&ezd=1Y&index=5 . They have a license to explore, not produce so you may want to keep that in mind. Low price make it a possibility though.

Another company involved is Canadian Oil Sands: http://www.cdnoilsands.com/ . Stock information are here: http://www.cdnoilsands.com/investor-centre/stockinformation/default.aspx . Stock prices are quite high at the moment as you can see.

Bear in mind the Canadian Government is currently considering updating the Oil Shale Regulations of 1964 and this may impact these companies' performances.

Note that the oil drilling is subsidized by the fed.

I can't edit my post for some reason.  I was mistaken that it is subsidized.  I was thinking Jack Layton's corny dysphemism for tax breaks.  They get tax breaks.
