Its as if, we don't even need laws passed.  These criminals are so intertangled with each other that they just start the process regardless of bills signed by men in suits.

The article hints that Amtrak is already using a list of sorts.  So this next step is to use the bigger list used by airplanes.  The funny thing is unlike an airplane, the trains are right on the ground.  So naturally any list no matter how accurate will not prevent terrorists from getting close to the trains.

My insane solution to fight terrorists is to take the people building the border fence and multiply their numbers by at least 1.5 orders of magnitude and assign them to build giant fences around the passenger train tracks?  Then we can falsely aggrivate passengers with the list and people living around the trains with the fences.

The National Railroad Passenger Corporation, doing business as Amtrak (reporting mark AMTK), is a government-owned corporation that was organized on May 1, 1971, to provide intercity passenger train service in the United States. "Amtrak" is a portmanteau of the words "America" and "track".[1] It is headquartered at Union Station in Washington, D.C.[2]

All of Amtrak's preferred stock is owned by the U.S. federal government. The members of its board of directors are appointed by the President of the United States and are subject to confirmation by the United States Senate.

"Amtrak is on my 'no ride' list."

Unfortunately, that won't stop them from getting your money.
