What are your guys thoughts on Bernard Lietaer?. Who promotes the idea of Commercial Credit Circuits (C3) which basically boils down to a Trade Exchange... similar to "Barter Card" etc. ~ A privately run local monetary system operating within a national monetary system using barter dollars or brownie points to record who owes who what.
