I'm suprised he didn't take the initiative to go ahead and write the law he thinks he needs as well. 

I don't know how a government job is sustainable, it relies soley on money from tax payers.   Isn't Obama into sustainable stuff?

It's about time they figure this out. So what taxes and regulations are Congress going to get rid of first?

Is he suggesting that Congress sould start a war or something? That would be in line with what they think creates prosterity.
