I'm suprised he didn't take the initiative to go ahead and write the law he thinks he needs as well. 

I don't know how a government job is sustainable, it relies soley on money from tax payers.   Isn't Obama into sustainable stuff?

Is he suggesting that Congress sould start a war or something? That would be in line with what they think creates prosterity.
