Home imprisonment is a practice in america.  Basically, instead of being locked up in a prison, you are locked up at your home.  However, I have read many articles on the mises.org site and none of them talk about this practice.  Can anyone link me to an article, book, or forum post that discusses this issue?

Schools are labour camps.
