If you follow the Judge's Facebook, he's posted links describing private law, criticizing the constitution, and comparing Government to Slavery.

In one of his talks (you can find it on Youtube with the search phrase "what happened to the Constitution), he gets asked a question (well, statement) at the end, something like "I believe you're an arachist, Judge, and you just don't know it yet", he responded "*laughs*.... well, you don't hear me denying it".

Yeah, I was surprised too. The man's in his 60s but his make-up makes him look like he's in his 40s.
