Depending on your definition of libertarian all laws could be unlibertarian. Contractual consent does work for libertarians, but not implied, assumed or forced consent to social contracts.
Those are good but I was wondering about stuff like vagrancy or fines. In my opinion private property would be much better delinated in a private society than a collectivist one and when the roads are collective -it becomes a lot easier to have people roaming the streets. Just more things for the gov. to tax and spend on.
