There was a huge discussion about that a while ago. It's under "forms of government" because that was considered the best place for it.

Personally, I think the anarcho-capitalist section should have an additional "Divergence" or "Related Movements" section, explaining some view the term as dead & may have moved on to different labels (although it's really just nitpicking, I suppose), such as market-anarchism and/or voluntaryism. I mainly suggest this as I'm sick & tired of encountering the intolerable ignorance on some web communities (even in the anarchism sub-reddit @ Reddit) that anarcho-capitalist isn't "real", & how the term "an-cap" is used as a curse word to stifle conversation or to reinforce some holier than thou anarchist's ego in a discussion/debate. Anyone remotley showing any type of made up symptoms of an "an-cap" or sympathies get's (largely) passive ignorance & dismissal in return . I might consider writing up such a sub-section if I have time this weekend, actually. Then again, I've said that about many things lately; just been too busy with work :\.

That really just depends on your definition of government. I like the definition Hoppe proposes:

I already did with my gaming encyclopedia. I got so fed up with wikipedia deleting video game articles that I decided to start a new encyclopedia on gaming. Well, it was more that I saw a potentially profitable activity.(Now I monopolized that gaming niche MUAHAHAH!)

You have to learn to think like them and then you can write whatever you want. Start out by editing something like "anarchy is a form of government which there is no government."
It says what the wikidrones want to hear. Then have a friend change it again and cite in the talkback section that that a form of government which there is no government is contradictory. and then eliminate the "anarchy is a form of government" statement.
I once used wikipedia to claim that an internet username of mine was really a cast member of "Happy Days" and I got fan mail for almost a year from sad and pathetic people....so honesty should even be more successful that lies.
