What are the Negative effects (besides the violation of property rights) of civil rights laws prohibiting businesses from discriminating against other groups on the basis of Age, gender, race, etc.?
Where I come from, the women don't glow, but the men definitely plunder.
The inability to serve markets that value a segregated environment. For instance a gentleman's club might be sued by femminists nowadays. (of course a women's club wouldn't be sued, go figure)

What are the negative effects of execution (besides the death of the deliquent)?

In the begining there was nothing, and it exploded.

It's basically creating a legal minefield and makes it increasingly unattractive for an employer to hire new personnel due to an increased likelihood of being sued for "discrimination".It'll also create an incentive to hire people based on their sex/skin color/sexual preferences instead of their actual achievements to avoid lawsuits which means less productivity and less customer satisfaction.
Being unable to discriminate?

First, organizations that are meant to be all-men, all-women, all-black, all-gay, all-straight, etc. are hurt by such laws. Should the Nation of Islam be forced to accept white applicants? Should a strip club for straight men be forced to accept applicants from gay males who wish to be strippers? Should a literalist Church be forced to hire gay or adulterous priests?
Second, because "discrimination" is so easily thrown around today, it is becoming increasingly easy for entrepreneurs to be sued over nothing. This obviously hurts workers, consumers, and businessmen as it raises costs while decreasing the likelihood of there being job openings.
Third, there are cases where discrimination is warranted. If I have a job opening, should I accept a black applicant from the ghetto in Detroit or a white applicant from Ann Arbor, if their qualifications are the same? Which worker is likely to be riskier? If I choose one over the other could I be sued for discrimination?

I'm not uber familiar with the Nation of Islam, but Islam in general is not based on racial delineations.

Well, they are generally seen as a black supremacist group . I seriously doubt that NOI would hire more than a few token white members, if any.
Yeah, I did some quick reading at the temple of knowledge (Wikipedia) and it's nothing like Islam. It's just got a similar name.
From a psychological standpoint, how would you feel if you knew you only got your job not because you were the best applicant and your boss wanted you there, but because the government said you should get it? Not exacty the best formula for a good business relationship.

I should've been more clear, but I wasn't really talking about fair hiring laws. I was more talking about laws prohibiting "White Only" signs or "Only 2 Students Allowed in at A Time."
I understand the negative implications of Fair Hiring laws and such, but I'm refering to customer discrimination.
The most negative effect of anti-discrimination law is that it outlaws the competition for the cause of anti-discrimination, which is a perfectly valid cause in a voluntary context and when discrimination is arbitrary.
