I am aware of the one by Fillieule published in QJAE in 2007, but has there been other mathematical presentations? I would be very happy if someone could point me to this.

Thanks

Roger Garrison said that he worked on a mathematical presentation of the ABCT in addition to his graphical representations of the theory. I'm not aware of its being published, but I would still recommend that you email him and ask if he has anything on the issue he can send you.

It's generally not a good idea to represent human action mathematically, which is probably why it hasn't got anywhere.
