I remeber that there was an article posted on lewrockwell.com about an exchange walter block had with someone about how libertarians would deal with child abuse. Then similarily, there was a post here on the forum about how the anarcho capitalist arguement falls short wih regards to dealing with child abuse et al.
My question is, how do libertarians deal with the subject of child pornography? Under the current law, you must be 18. But the question that I have been perplexed by for a long time is if a child is under 18 and wants to engage in such activities, the owner of the porno business would be considered a pedophile and would be locked up. Would there still be laws in an anarcho capitalist society that say you have to be 18+ in order to engage in pornographic activities for another business?
Any thoughts?
