I used the available ePUB and turned it into a webpage with frames so that people can more easily read it online. Another advantage is that you can now link to specific chapters. It will add the contents-frame on the left automatically if you link to a chapter. If you link to a part of a chapter it won't scroll down but stay at the top; oh well, people can figure that out as the pages aren't that long.

edit: another advantage is that search engines will find it.
