Despite what you government haters think, our 39th president had (possibly has) a different opinion.  In fact, it's not an opinion.  It's a fact:  Jimmy said so.

He thinks that we can have a government without corruption.  It can be decent and open.

Government without corruption?

My parents are thankful enough they don't get all the government for which they pay. And they aren't even of remotely classical liberal bent.

NO THANK YOU!

Al Capone once said that it is possible to run an uncorrupt mafia that was decent and open...
