I'll start by introducing myself.

I have worked in real estate for eight years. Started with Garrow Loftis GMAC in Flushung MI. Residential listings & buyers agent.  I then made a lateral move to C-21 woodland Flushing MI. Where I had my first experiences in commercial real state.

I then made a move to Florida where I took classes at the Florida institute of real estate for my RE Brokers license passed the class but, opted to start my own real estate investment company the Attain Investment Group. I then proceeded to acquire properties which peaked at 30.

My goals include continuing to building institutional relationships.  I'm currently studying for my series sixty five investments advisers license.

It was only since I lost my *ss in MI & FL that I figured out if I had been paying attention to what was happening in the markets I could still be sitting pretty.

I'm looking forward to meeting you.

All the Best, Lee

I will also take this opportunity to introduce myself.  I am 22 years old.  I hold a B.S. in computer science and work as a software engineer.  Trade aside, my strongest interests are economics, epistemology, and classical Hindustani music.

I also look forward to participating in some discussions here.

Good to hear from you.

Currently I'm working on the creation of a privately ran SWF for the US.  Tuesday I had a call with Mr. Allen who approved the paper SWF A Work Agenda for the IMF he was very helpful and posed many questions for me to address.  He asked that I keep him up to date on any developments.

16. USA Alaska Permanent Fund 40.0B  1976 Oil  yes (they invest in RE)  Yea ALaska has the 16th largest SWF in the world.

New Mexico is # 26 with 16 B and Wyoming is # 39 with 4 B

After reading up on all available papers published on this topic (over the next several weeks) I should have enough info to hold a slightly more intelegent conversation on the matter at which time I will follow up with a couple of law firms to address the legal concerns.

One thing to my credit is I'm persistant.

I'm an IT guy.  I was drawn to alternative Politics in High School when I saw Ross Perot speak.  This led me to Harry Browne then to Rockwell and co.

I moved from Boston to Louisiana ~5 yrs ago.

I'm just an average housewife that loves ecomomics.  I spend my free time teaching my son and his friends A.E.  The other day my sons friend had a debate with one of his liberal friends and said that economic calculation is impossible in a socialist society.  I was so proud.

I would follow up by rewarding them with gold coins for debating, instead of "gold stars" :D

I'm a student at the university of texas at austin studying fine arts. I'm also getting my real estate license on the side (so I can make money Stick out tongue). I became an ancap after debating way too much during the Ron Paul campaign. I run my own site (VoluntaryGov.com) and hope to eventually finish writing a book I'm working on. I am addicted to good debates. If I don't have one regularly, I get withdrawls. Tongue Tied

I'm working on learning to create some educational videos which will simplify libertarian principles and hopefully revolutionize the way people can learn about them. Similar to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kw6zv0ntL10 that video, but with a more updated look similar to this one crisisofcredit.com

My viewpoint of government is, if someone wants it, let them have it, just don't force anyone else to be involved. Essentially I see 'government' as something similar to PDA or DRO's, I just call them Voluntary Governments.

I dream of a world where involuntary, violent governments have been eradicated, and only mutually beneficial transactions are promoted.

Sounds like you are very not-average!  Being a housewife is a valuable role in the home and for the family.

Aye, I think that "honour" belongs to the liberal arts degree.

Looks like we have a pretty intelligent, successful group of individuals here!

As for me...I'm in my early 20s, completed my BS in advertising just two weeks ago, and am starting my new job (in marketing) in just a couple days.

I'm a young (possibly dumb), adventurous, and self-taught libertarian.  I like being provocative and getting people riled up. ;)
