I'll start by introducing myself.

I have worked in real estate for eight years. Started with Garrow Loftis GMAC in Flushung MI. Residential listings & buyers agent.  I then made a lateral move to C-21 woodland Flushing MI. Where I had my first experiences in commercial real state.

I then made a move to Florida where I took classes at the Florida institute of real estate for my RE Brokers license passed the class but, opted to start my own real estate investment company the Attain Investment Group. I then proceeded to acquire properties which peaked at 30.

My goals include continuing to building institutional relationships.  I'm currently studying for my series sixty five investments advisers license.

It was only since I lost my *ss in MI & FL that I figured out if I had been paying attention to what was happening in the markets I could still be sitting pretty.

I'm looking forward to meeting you.

All the Best, Lee

i'm 18. i'm starting college at WashU in Saint Louis in the fall. i have no real formal education in economics, psychology, philosophy, or anything important. i have however spend a good deal of time on my own studying many of these topics. i don't believe in selflessness (im not cynical, but rather try to be objective), dislike democracy (it gives too much power to those who don't deserve it and not enought to those who do), and would like to see humanity furthered by my own hands. clearly, i'm all smiles.

Hello,

I am a 33 year old former Construction worker...

I say former because I can't make a living working construction any more, now I wash dishes...

I moved to Florida early 2007 to look for work from NY, where the standing construction wage dropped from $35 an hour when I was a kid to $9 an hour just 2 years ago, granted I could have protected my wages as a Union Worker, but I am morally incapable of belonging to an organization, and would still have to battle the 6 to 8 month unemployment while still being responsible for my dues.

I am here to learn about economics, the science and philosophy, and to interact with better minds than those that which I have been, I prefer the mental challenge
